COURSE TITLE: “This is your Knife!”
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Dr. Steve Niemczyk will be presenting Surgical cases representative of varied procedures and locations are available but hidden behind a hyperlinked pictogram. The attendees can select the hidden case at random, where the pertinent history and images are displayed in this “Microsurgical Jeopardy” format. The group can have a short discussion concerning treatment options and progression than the actual treatment is presented for evaluation and comments.
Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participants shall:
- Formulate varied treatment approaches based on site requirements and systemic health concerns.
- Construct a decision tree of treatment options, prioritizing order and effectiveness.
- Discover, through collective debate, the myriad of options and treatment approaches for any given case.
